• Ms. Clack joined the Quadrant Team in October 2015. Ms. Clack serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer of the Advisor. Ms. Clack is also responsible for the Firm's Client Reporting Group.

• Ms. Clack earned her B.B.A. in Finance from Georgia Southern University and her M.B.A. from Georgia State University.
